Awful experience! Ordered a baby blanket 2 weeks prior to Christmas and was not told until after I paid for item that it would not be monogrammed in store but rather a different location. The sales rep assured me that she was "99% certain" that the item would arrive before Christmas, NLT Saturday (Christmas Eve). I contacted or went into store every single day inquiring about shipping status and was told something different by each sales rep I spoke to. Even had a sales rep tell me she was clueless as to what the shipping status was other than it was "pending".
Prior to originally placing this order, I should have been informed that monogrammed items are unavailable in store! There should be signs posted throughout the store to inform customers that monogrammed items are sent to another store location and not processed internally! And lastly, honesty is the best policy! Not one sales rep was forthcoming about shipping information or status. Had I of known monogrammed items were unavailable at this store I would have gladly taken my business elsewhere! I will never again shop Things Remembered in Dothan, Al or any other location!
