A employee in a pink shirt and white short hair was picking a fight with me from behind the counter...she was so horrible I sent my daughter to get mall security after I offered to call 911..then the store manager Mike was very horrible...another kind gentleman came to the register told the lady and manager Mike to stop twice...he checked my purchases out and was very nice..i thanked him..security came.we went out side the store front to explain how rude the Hancock's employees were...and manager Mike comes out and sasses us some more in front of security guard...it was horrible...

All I can say is..no wonder they are going out of business...
My hundred dollars I spent just paid somebody's paycheck!
