They already picked up the concentrator few months ago and we are still receiving bills.Called them and told them about it but they hang up on me! The lady who answered the call was so rude too! If theres a ZERO star option I would give you that.

I have been a patient for several years now and have received nothing but excellent service. If I need anything all I have to do is call Ms. Jennifer Cauthen and let her know my needs. Her professional expertise, and general concern for my health, goes beyond anything else I have ever experienced .

The respiratory therapist Apryl is very patient, professional and knowledgeable of her job whenever I need help. She takes the time to explain and answer any questions that I may have regarding my medical equipment.

Jenny and her team were instrumental in the care of my mother in law. Im not sure what we wouldve done without them. They definitely went above and beyond for us and made sure she was comfortable.
