We placed an order online approximately 30 days ago and never received it. When speaking with Lands' End twice, we reached Santana both times. The last conversation with Santana, she argued with my sweet wife who was innocently calling and wondering where our items were. Santana insisted the package was shipped and further claimed that the Post Office doesn't scan-in items, therefore, we were unable to track the package. We frequently receive deliveries from the Post Office and we've never had an item take this long to reach us. My wife was eventually offered customer service help (we though Santana was customer service) and they disagreed with Santanas' assessment of the order and placed a new order for the missing items, we have little hope that the order will ever arrive. We will never do business with this company again and Santana needs to be re-trained on how to interact with customers.
