Usually come for breakfast. This Hardees does not disappoint. The biscuits are heavenly! They actually are made in the store by a lady named Angie. Absolutely fantastic. They taste just like southern biscuits.

i went there and asked for my food without cheese (i'm lactose intolerant) and every time i ask for my meal without cheese, THERE'S ALWAYS CHEESE! there were 3 employees there, 1 was on there phone!

Perfect customer service!!! Staff was polite and food was fresh. Order was right nothibg missing.

I came through the drive thru today and asked if they had ice cream, because I didn't see the option on the menu. They said yes they have shakes, so I asked what kind (keep in mind I saw one customer setting inside) and one car in front of me. The male said it's on the menu I said I don't see the flavors. The male was really rude and acted like he was going out of his way to tell me about their 3 flavors. At this point I'm angry because there is no customer courtesy at all! Finally a woman comes on the speaker and tells me what flavors they have, I said you know what on second thought I'll go to McDonald's I don't need to be treated horrible just because I asked them to tell me the flavors they had.
I didn't have my prescription glasses and couldn't see the shake menu...
The male was rude and said bye when I tried to explain my situation.
I'm 54 years old and worked with customers all my life.
Hardee's hired someone who obviously needs some training on customer relations.
I'd feel bad if my grandmother had to deal with a smart mouth kid still wet behind the ears that obviously was too lazy to do his job.
