DialogDirect employees were nice. My interviewer Ms.B.Smoot is very pleasant, helpful and understanding, Monique who works the front desk is pleasant she enjoy her position. Nice lunchroom, pond area to relax by and meditation rm with foundation to meditate. Only thing I disagree with if you have experience you should start off with a higher paying rate when you are single you have to be able to take care of yourself especially when you don't have someone to work with. At times they will send you home because of other things going on like covid-19 and you won't get paid for the days off, which I thought was not right so how I'm suppose to make up for the money not made during those days which was not my fault, my end was covered as far as covid-19 testing. However is a nice place to work, they offer schooling, certifications,they do community work as well and cafe is great.

This receiver was very very nice very very fast and listened when I had something to say. Would love to go back and work with them some more.
