I had a loved one who recently passed away I called customer service to see if I could purchase a casket The biggest problem its a long extended wait time when the sales department comes on the Line you’re greeted with a very rude guy who is argumentative extremely unprofessional and not very sympathetic to your feelings for your loss he will consistently interrupts you and enjoys name calling. ***** Buyer beware take your business someplace else go to a business that cares ****** this company only cares about is MONEY
