This hospital is going from bad to worse 5 hours in the waiting room, are you serious? and they pass on to others first it seems that they have priority because of the Afros who go for a simple flu.
Update after 5 hours of waiting and what will happen to patients who arrived hours after me, a nurse comes out and says that those of us who are in the waiting room have to wait another 4 hours because the beds are finished, the people are dying of pain and those who are leaving due to a flu having a party in the rooms going out to buy chicken from KFC to enjoy at the hospital. The treatment we are given is not fair.

nurses dont care about your well being, They told me i would be placed in a room 10-15 mins and when i went to check on my room they told me its going to be longer because they gave it to someone else. They prioritize, so if you dont have a baby or if your not old, or if your not white you will have to wait awhile before they feel like treating you. Ive had this experience everytime i come to this hospital im just really hating this place now. i saw the nurses laughing because a women was having a miscarriage. blows my mind the staff they have in this place. i came into this hospital at 7am and i still havent been cared for and its going on noon. i would like to just say if you wanna be cared for please go to a different hospital.

Kayla with brown short hair that works in emergency on the night 4-7/8-2024 short brown hair is one of the best nurses Ive encountered shes a leader work ethic is impeccable, communication is top tier people skills are unmatched not smug super relatable just a good person

My mother has been in the Cardiac ICU for 15 days, we have YET to see a case worker or social worker. At 9am today she declined a surgery & due to her frail condition the doctors also agreed. I asked for the Social Worker at 930am, I am typing this at 530pmstill no social worker!!! They also told me good luck finding a doctor to fill out my FMLA paperwork to save my job. This is by far the WORST hospital experience we have EVER endured! Lack of compassion, communication & assistance. It also doesnt help that the nursing staff see to be stretched very thin on such a busy unit! Think twice before ever bringing a loved one here!
