What should have been an 8 hour drive to Washington D.C. took us 12.5 hours. Our itinerary had us arriving a couple hours earlier, therefore we were late to our event and he never seemed to care. Our driver avoided toll roads, taking us completely out of the way on very rural roads, driving 35-40 almost the whole way there. This bus is old and VERY dirty. The bathroom doesn't look like it has been cleaned in years. The seats don't have footrests, as is standard on charter buses. We also were told this bus had outlets to charge things, however he told us they didn't work after we were driving. We also did not stop at proper rest stops. He stopped at a gas station with ONE bathroom. That was supposed to be our breakfast stop and our options were gas station food.Very unsatisfied and will never ride with this company again. I do not recommend elite tours.
