No empathy nor compassion!
Definitely overpriced. I buried my only child in April 2023. Some how the insurance company gave me the wrong policy number (in which got corrected). Long story short DanTae and I spoke and I was trying to explain the mix up and that do to the mix up, the policy would be contested. Dantae said well they said they not paying (in which was a lie), can you just pay for it and wait on the payment from them, because I been doing this 20 something years (they wont pay). My son was murdered, so even if the insurance company didnt pay, the victim unit would pay up to 5k. Today I will be going to get my only child ashes after 3months of him waiting(insurance policy paid out). Thank you GOD
Dantae needs a new career, and I they dont say the wrong words moving forward with grieving families
I wouldnt recommend Swanson 6mile location!!

Swanson on west 6 mile prepared my Father ( Mr James Underwood) for his service. If the scale is 1-10 I would absolutely have to rate Swanson a 12. The professional way they prepared my Father for his viewing made a sad situation a little easier. Thank you Swanson family and staff for your great service.
