The service was excellent! They found the problem with the furnace that another company didn't and fixed it! Problem was the both intake/outage pipes were close together and the intake was frozen. Will use this company again!

My parents have used them for decades. When I became a homeowner myself, Baumgardners serviced my old central air unit a few times when it started showing its age (25+ yrs old and it had a freon leak). I just recently had them install a new furnace and AC in my home once the old system finally quit. Their prices are competitive, and their workmanship is professional. This company Baumgardner is something else. I had an appointment for them to come out to my house on a Friday between 1pm-3pm they called me at 9:52am and said yeah we're on our way now I said well I'm not home right now so she told me I had to reschedule for Saturday I said ok well Saturday no one called or showed up i also tried calling the company several times. It's very unprofessional to do that I was a first time customer so first impressions are everything and it says a lot about a business. My air went out and I have a special needs child I'm the house and I needed my unit serviced. I feel like since I'm in the city of Detroit they figured I'm not important. Don't worry I will never recommend this company to anyone and I hope communities out side of suburbs see you all for who you are unprofessional, racist individuals. Service: HVAC system maintenance
