My grandfather started this Union with a few thousand other guys in 1936. Seems the people that have been running it after Reuther, have been all crooked lawyers and politicians. Take it back. The Union movement isn't dead, it's just being held back by bureaucrats.

Great Union leaders great representations always going above and beyond when I went through my chemo Local 51 was there especially our committee woman she was the best of the best ty .

low life, back stabbing , cut throats. I have always been a union man, worked for auto factories and auto suppliers, always pushed for organized labor at all levels until the UAW proved to me that they're nothing more than a corrupt organization that will sell the labor force out for the highest bidder. Recently I learned that a hotly contested city council seat in the city of Dearborn where a candidate who I support was endorsed by the UAW in May 2021 by the name of Jon Akkari and that endorsement was pulled back only 4 days before the election as the UAW claims that the candidate does not represent their values although everything was transparent from the very beginning to everyone. The UAW has failed the labor force once again due to its corrupt and sell out leadership and I will no longer support any cause that this gang called the UAW stands for.
