Really irritating to see all these bad reviews and the responses to them not fully taking responsibility? I came here around my bday because its convenient to walk and whoever gave me a pedicure seemed in a horrible mood just like the other reviews said and I had to correct paint issues. Then when I got acrylics, he did a horrible job trying to paint my French tips and I was being very nice and just asking it to be fixed. He seemed so irritated at me and I was just so uncomfortable, I started crying. I dont know whats going on with this place but please dont act like these customers are crazy.

Went here because it was closer to my area I just moved in. Went for a fill in,cut down, and repair. They sat me down at the 2nd chair on the right 1st but when I asked for my color they changed me to the 2nd seat on the left. I asked how much he said $80. When I received service he did a take off, cut my own nail down way to short, added tips then added an extra $5 for the length, and made the tips long as when I came in, (not what I wanted at all) when I wanted to keep my own nails just shorter than they was . Then when he started to file my nails he cut me open (see photos). He also took a hour to do my nails. Only thing he got right was the nail color. Very displeased and I will not be coming back ever. I also recommend you don't visit this place save yourself the time and trouble.

Went in for a manicure and eyebrow wax. My eyebrows came out great ( they always do) but for the manicure, she was about to put shellac polish on my nails (an upcharge) without even asking me first until I said something. Then she sent me out with no top coat so now 2 days later, all of my nails are chipped. Not only that she charged me $25 when a manicure is clearly listed at $20. I asked another tech once I realized and he didnt have an answer nor offered to make it right . Do what you will with this review

I been going here for a couple months and the same person been doing my nails but I came in and he wasnt available so I went to his wife she charged me $90 for a set he normally charge me $70 for then all my nails are DIFFERENT sizes when I tried to get her to fix them she said she was going to discount me (after the power went out) and at that point I just wanted to leave but I let her try to fix them I was there for 3 and a half hours and nothing was fixed and she still tried to charge me $90 and I said no you messed up my nails I wanted them OFF but I already spent too much time there so she charged me $84 and I will never come back I see why it be empty side note everyone that work there has they OWN prices assuming they just say what you allow them to say if yo dont say anything they wont either
