This company is an absolutely JOKE. Ive called dozens of times since Fall of 2023 because they are refusing to pay for my postpartum care. Ive met and paid my deductible, but theyre refusing to pay for hundreds of dollars of postpartum visits. Every time I call, its a confused person who seems to have zero clue as to whats going on. I feel like my part time job is dealing with this horrible company. I dread going to the doctor now and have even considered skipping much needed visits because I cant handle the stress of dealing with these people. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC.

Terrible company, TERRIBLE customer service, and now charging me thousands after talking to 20 reps and being on hold 27 hrs. I work work special needs and started working at a group home that hours vary. Told every rep and said I was all good. I was not. I heard BCBS is known for screwing over education. Find a different company.

As someone who works at a doctors office they are terrible to deal with when you need to call them.

Customer service is unhelpful in handling claims in a timely manner. I needed medicine but wanted to wait till a previous claim which will cover my deductible is processed. I was told there is no way to expedite the claim and basically I can pay out of pocket or not have medicine. Neither are acceptable options.
