This company will become extremely unprofessional after they receive your 50% deposit. After multiple cancelations and waiting several weeks for them to come install our granite countertops, they finally assured us they would arrive on a Saturday between 9am -11am.


Since we did not hear from them I called at 3:00pm . There was no answer, at 4pm I sent a text stating that if they could not make it today , we would like a refund, because it has almost been 2 months since receiving our deposit. " Chad" the (installer/owner) immediately sent a disrespectful text to my wife, stating " we should be grateful he took our job in Detroit, and he doesn't appreciate us asking for a refund". I called him back, and this time he answered the phone. I did not curse or yell but simply told him because of the inappropriate text message you sent my wife I will not do business with your company. He began to yell...said he will keep 25%...I said if you do I will take your company to court. He then started cursing saying "F*ck you, and F*ck your kitchen" . I would no recommend this company to screw in a light bulb!
