      Thank you for the feedback Greg. Just fyi, our water heater only price is significantly less than the price quoted you. Many of our competitors do not get permits and bring things up to code and include the things needed to do this properly. Your quote included permit cost, a new drainpan, a new expansion tank, redoing the vent size and a new larger drain valve to make flushing easier, as well as a 3 year labor warranty. If we did not include these things the price would have been more comparable to the other quotes. It's my understanding that you were not at the home when the quote was performed, so maybe these items were not explained as well as they could have been. I'm sorry if that is the case. We were doing more than just replacing the water heater.I hope your installation goes well.
