Do not expect a response regarding any properties. TOWN RESIDENCES is a waste of space and needs major upgrades. Management expects residents to report unauthorized parking, as if collecting license plate info in Detroit is safe.

Rock Companies, the property management company of Town Residences in the City of Detroit is allowing a resident to run an after hours club out of their apartment, creating an unpleasant and unsafe environment for all of the residents! Every weekend, the general public is invited in, turning this residential space into a public space! The fire department has had to come several times to let people off of the overloaded elevator. Wasting city resources!!! The management company is nonchalant at best and incompetent at worse! They are choosing to drag their feet about resolving this serious breach of contract with all of the residents!
