The teller is definitely racist..(Im black )
So.. I go in to cash my pay checkI walk up to the glass and say greeting and nothing was said back I recieved nothing but attitude..I gave the guy my check to cash he kept looking at me funny and asking crazy questions as if my check was fakeHe said he couldnt load my money on any of my bank cards but he could do it on a green dot card that I would have to purchase so I said no and dont cash it , Ill just take it to fifth third to see what they could do and ill come back. I left went to fifth third and they said I needed actual cash and to go back to the currency exchange to get it then come back.I went back and the currency exch. teller told me I CANT CASH IT BECAUSE I DONT KNOW IF YOU ALREADY CASHED IT OR MOBILE DEPOSITED IT and laughed and smiled right in my face .Im just glad that chase was next door and they were able to cash it for me.
