I see why this location have so many bad reviews and such a low rating...I shouldve kept driving past I dont like ATMs and I rarely ever use them.but last night I needed $100 urgently so I used this BANK OF AMERICA drive up ATM in des plaines IL..everything was fine..money came outbut obviously I didnt grab the money in enough time AND THE ATM PULLED MY MONEY BACK IN!so I pulled aside and started calling the phone numbers that was on the ATM to report the troubleand I couldnt get anyone!!!they kept asking me for account numbers and all this info before I could talk to anybody!!.the only problem with that is I dont have an account with BANK OF AMERICA!!..I just used their ATM..thats all!So!I wasnt able to speak to anyoneI had to pull out $100 again !!!!even though $100 was already taken out and sucked back in then I had to call my bank that issued my cardbe on hold for 20 minutes.to file a claim/dispute.which they told me was gonna take at least 10 days..AND I NEED MY MONEY!being without just $100 for me is not good.unbelievable!!!!!I will never use this Bank of America ATM ever again and I shouldnt have used it last night..NOW.I have to go through alllllllllllllllllllllll of thisJUST BECAUSE I MADE A SPLIT DECISION TO PULL INTO BANK OF AMERICA ATM and pull out $100UNREAL!!! This is why I dont deal with banks or ATMS!!!!!!! So mark my words..DO NOT USE THIS ATM unless you want your money dispensedTHEN TAKEN RIGHT BACK.!!..deleted from your account..and no way to reach anyone or talk to anyone
