      image I went into this location pretty frustrated because of all the updates that get forced onto my phone and that ultimately caused me to lose hundreds of pictures between April and July. Hector worked tirelessly and patiently to figure out the problem and was able to find those pictures for me and it was a simple as me allowing the phone to back up connected to wi-fi. Not to mention he also helped me while simultaneously helping the next representative assist her own customers because she wasn't as technically savvy as he was. Hector is amazing and I don't know if he's the manager of this location but he should be. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much Hector.
