I have to come here for my work and the lobby is always closed and the drive through takes forever to get through! 30-40 minutes is ridiculous especially when there is always 3 plus people working!

Went to the waukee branch and tried to cash a check, their system was down so they couldn't they could take a cash deposit but not cash a check, I told them that was bullshit and left. I went back 6 1/2 hours later and Sheri the head teller cashed it upon handing me my cash that wasn't counted back she told me not to come in and act like that again. I told her I'd do my best not to be back and that I'd charge a 40 Dollar fee for customers using them, fxxx you very much. I couldn't  believe how rude they are!!
