Called this morning to file a claim and whoever its dealing with this. Such a nasty attitude she's not paying for my insurance i dont know if she owns that agency. If she's not the owner fire her immediately.

My mom a car accident in November. She called and talked to Lauren. Lauren kept her on hold for one hour then when she came back on the line she was either eating of chewing gum loudly. Worst customer service. They used to have a sweetheart named Michele she was the best and friendly. The company is clearly going down hill.
