Walking into a yoga class can be a little intimidating - so normally I look for a free online /at home option; also tried the YMCA, or a few other studios - in all of these your just getting the basics. Prana sets itself apart from every other yoga experience I have tried. Taking a class is a treat for me - so Ive only gone 3 or 4 times over the past year. Each time I left feeling I have given my body exactly what it needed while feeding my mind & soul at the same time. In Christys class she immediately puts you at ease making you feel welcome, quietly walking around during some poses and correcting your position if adjustment is needed. The restorative class with Tara is a completely different and amazing candlelight experience, its gentle and great for someone who needs to gently stretch or relax their muscles (or for a night out with that friend that you know needs to de-stress the mind & body). Prana is a sanctuary & gift to yourself at a very reasonable price, the staff truly love sharing their special talents.
