My family has been going to Dr. Mintz for over a decade and I go to him as well. The staff is so friendly and compassionate. I came in a mess and they were able to help me get the care I desperately needed. Sometimes the wait can be long but honestly its worth it because Dr. Mintz spends time with patients and their family to discuss the issue and possible solutions. I dont need to worry about navigating the healthy care system because they will help when they can. So grateful for this place

Dr. Mintz is a prime example in how to listen and care when you are in the office. From his front desk staff who got me an appointment within days of calling to the CNA who was so sweet and gentle with me. The ultrasound tech was fabulous and we were laughing so hard at one point, we had to stop and catch ourselves. Dr. Mintz cared deeply about my issue and what our next steps were. He was concise but also listened to my own concerns and answered all of my questions. Yes the wait is long, but the care is amazing!

Maybe the doctor is good, but all the tests were performed by his employees, and Dr. Mintz brought nothing interesting to the conversation except a very high medical bill. I learned everything from his employees. The worst thing is that you can't reach his office by phone, you just have to leave a message, maybe he'll call you back, maybe he won't.
I do not recommend such a doctor despite his age and experience.
The end of 2023, and everyone has to wear face masks. Just like the Democrats in the White House.

Had appointment today for 9:40. Didn't get seen until 11:30. When I had my time with Dr mintz he seemed less than interested in my concerns and had to excuse himself to go talk to another patient. Very frustrating. Nice guy , but I will be looking for a new gp.

I saw Dr. Mintz yesterday for an emergency. Not only did his wonderful receptionist, Jackie get me in right away, she was kind and caring. The ultrasound technician, Rebecca was lovely, she took great care with my scan and was so sweet. Dr. Mintz himself was just wonderful! He was compassionate, caring, gentle and thorough. He made me feel at ease and explained my situation. I even got a follow up call from Dr. Mintz that evening. I was happy and fortunate that I was able to see Dr. Mintz and his incredible staff yesterday. Thank you all!
