Unreliable and unscrupulous
I dont usually write reviews of businesses and people who I have hired to do a job who let me down. I usually just chalk it up as a learning experience and move on. This time is different. I feel compelled to review this company because of the egregious nature of the let down, and what that should mean to you if you choose to business with them. Kermit Bolick and his team are just that, unreliable and unscrupulous. In the year and half I was utilizing their services they forgot to process my payroll no less than 4 times. Meaning my team didnt get paid, retirement contributions didnt get distributed, and I ultimately looked foolish as a leader for my team for not finding a better group to provide my payroll and tax services. They did zero in helping me limit my tax liability. There is always an excuse when they consistently provide poor service. To boot, after leaving them, they forgot to change their payment information from my accounts and now are asking me to retroactively pay them thousands of dollars because they cannot keep track of their credit cards. Ask yourself, if they cant keep track of their own expenses and credit cards, how exactly are they going to help you manage your taxes and expenses? Truly pathetic. Do your homework and find someone else to help you. I did too late, and Im still paying for it.
