The therapy here was amazing! When I arrived, I had no core strength and couldn't even sit up on the side of my bed, but with Lindsay & Lolita's guidance, I was able to stand with a walker by the time I left. I still have a lot of work to do before I can walk again but without these great therapists, I don't know where I'd be.

Is a very very very "Great" rehabilitation center and the whole entire staff there was very very very "Great" They treated me with so so so much kindness Thank-you so so so very very very much for all your care and help also too...

My mother is currently a resident. So far I am pleased with the staff. The reason I chose the rating I gave, because there were only two choices. I think there need to be improvements concerning the food service. Frequently I notice food is left for my mother's roommate while she's away for treatment, therefore when she returns, her food is cold. Food served is often cold (who likes lukewarm food)? I've seen the facility go from Manor, ProMedica, now Genesis. There were only two Administrators who were friendly, and were not "too busy" to talk with me. I think it would have been nice if the Administrative Staff would have notified family of the changes, and what future changes/improvements to the facility are in the works. I don't know about families of the residents, but I would be interested in meeting personally with the Administrative Staff for updates concerning my mothers care.
