They had some pretty decent sales going on but the vibe of the store kind of kills the what otherwise would have been a cool place to shop (considering I had not been to a rite aid since I was a kid)
Pro: Great sales
Con: Weird employee vibe

About 5 years ago I went in to Rite Aid to buy some cigarettes, the lady so proudly said with a snooty attitude, "We don't sell cigarettes anymore". Well I wonder how proud she is now losing her job. Rite Aid stock is at .77 while Walgreens, who did not let their personal felling affect what they sell, is over $67. Rot in Hell Rite Aid

Nice selection of products; but over priced. Customer service needs a lot of work.

Some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced has come from this store. I have been completely ignored as the only customer in line twice now within a three month span. I guess the store manager goes out of the way to hire senile, elderly employees. I have worked in retail/customer service for over 15 years and I find this treatment to be 110% unacceptable. I will never step foot in this store again. Hopefully some people lose their jobs pretty soon
