I'm poor and almost bought 4 newer(?) used tires from any of the many shops in Denver. I'm so glad I came to discount! This shop in particular! The staff was amazing! And the wait time was no big deal because of how walkable the area is! I walked to have lunch, I went to grab an auto part, got a quote for a storage unit. There's a Walmart a block away. But now I have new tires under warranty at honestly the same price I was going to spend on used.
I am a little disappointed they don't do spare "donut" tires but I understand. I guess. Lol

Very down to earth, helpful people here. Tim stood out, was friendly and composed the entire time I waited even when there was a large line waiting. Been here twice, worth the drive!

They were accommodating even though they were short-staffed that day, but the counter staff and management went back to help new customers and help with the cars as well.

Horrible experience, the man who helped me was very despotic and unfriendly, he didn't speak Spanish and I don't speak English well, he didn't even try to help me, I left without even asking about the prices, with that customer service I definitely got off my nerves. want to buy there

Called in with a tire pressure sensor question and association with a tire mount and balance. Gentleman was much helpful. Quoted me $22 per tire and will mountain balance.
I then called back 5 minutes later. Spoke with the female. Asked if I setting an appointment or walk in would be best. Just as expected, she asked what tires size and wheel would they be mounting gave her the same information that I gave the gentleman. She quoted me $35 per tire and will when I informed her that I just called 5 minutes ago and that's not what I was quoted and her price was a little outrageous. She then hung up on me
Terrible customer service. Somebody needs to reevaluate her customer service skills anget her pricing down terrible customer service. Somebody needs to reevaluate her customer service skills get her pricing down
