      image The straw that broke the camels back. Weve been to this location several times over the last 3 years and service has fallen off a cliff. Order taker couldnt operate the computer and was totally confused by the time we hit the window. Had to go inside to get things sorted out.
      Kate was very helpful and helped us complete our order quickly.
      The bag tore before I made it home so I had to pick my food up of the floor of our apartment lobby. Much of it was poorly wrapped.
      The whole experience was the nail in the coffin for us. I will just drive to Monaco and Yale and go to the Taco Bell there if I ever get the urge again. This place needs to be shut down.
