I am a fellow immigration attorney in Colorado, at Catholic Charities of Central Colorado. My Colorado bar # is 44591. I have known Christine as a professional colleague for 8 years, and we have served together on committees of our Colorado chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers' Association. It appears that there are some recent, negative reviews of her on here. While I don't know the specifics of the legal case or cases of those people, I can attest that Christine has an impeccable professional reputation as a lawyer who works with skill and integrity. I would gladly refer my own friends or family to her in immigration law matters.

So what can I say about Christine Swenson as a Lawyer? Let me begin with my experience telling you guys that exactly one year ago I started my legal process to become a Legal Permanent Resident, and 2 weeks ago I received my Green Card. When I stared working with Christine I had lots of trust issues cause I’ve heard many stories about different other lawyers who lie about your process, they make you think that you’re gonna be all right and at the end you get deported; and you end up also waisting lots of money. Let me tell you that if you guys are looking for an honest lawyer who can be straight and tell you the raw truth and won’t tell you things just to make you feel better that’s Christine Swenson. I have to say that one of the things that make me really nervous was that Christine was actually asking for my whole payment for the process before we could actually start sending all my application. Many personal friends told me that I should listen some other lawyers cause that wasn’t cool, and that actually could cause me problems in the future cause is weird that a Imigration lawyer decides to work this way. I took the risk, and let me tell you guys, that every bill I paid to this lady it actually worth with no doubt. As I told you she was honest since day one, my process went by really smooth, 2 weeks before my last appointment with an USCIS officer, Christine and her team, prepared my wife and I with all questions they might ask, and again she was straight honest with what could happen, if my application wasn’t approved. She was so honest that I actually got worried, but I understood that she at least was saying the truth and that she wasn’t giving me fake hopes and at the end that was I Looking for, only the TRUTH. At the end of the story, everything came out as we planed, no new surprises and I got my Legal Permanent Residency. I’m so happy I took the decision to work with this great lady and her team, and If I could go back in time, I would probably work back with her again. No regrets, no unexpected situation and again one of the most honest persons I’ve work with. So when my process was still open I heard a rumor that she was going through a rough time, do to COVID and other situations that aren’t on her hands and she might close her office. Honestly I’m not gonna lie, I felt a little bit afraid cause of my case but she was straight again with me, and if things wouldn’t have been the way we plan it, and she couldn’t have take care of my case any more, she also recommended a list of personal lawyers she have work with. So in every situation, she took a good care of my wife and I, much respect for this lady and her team.
