Weve worked with MOD for about 2 years. We used to manage our own rentals but reached a point where we wanted a change. They have always followed through and done what they said they would do. At one point we even decided to sell one of the properties and MOD was very helpful and worked with us through that process.

We just moved into our house and made of list of items that needed repair. The MOD team was extremely prompt in responding to our request and scheduled maintenance for the next day. Martin was prompt, professional, and best of all able to fix everything! We are very impressed and thank you and you team for your excellent services.
Alisha has also been great in her responsiveness to our emails and directing and answering our questions appropriately.

I have worked with Jason and MOD Properties for close to 20 years, when we purchased the rental home. Owning a rental was a new adventure to us and the team at MOD were patient and very helpful when it came to our involvement in maintaining the property and being a responsive landlord.
After owning the home for a couple years, we were transferred out of state. This presented a whole new set of challenges for us. Jason and his team were good about keeping us updated on what was happening with the tenant, the property and the rental market. We made some extensive repairs to the home in the past few years - Jason and his team were amazing at recommending local businesses to do the work or bringing in the MOD team to do as much of the work as possible to keep the costs reasonable. In the end, the work that was done was exceptional and the costs commensurate of the great work that was done. I can't imagine having all that work done, while living in another state if it hadn't been for the MOD team taking the reigns, keeping the project moving forward and staying on top of the contractors to ensure that the work that needed to be done was done correctly.
Another area that I felt the MOD team exceeded in was managing the tenants. I was informed when communication occurred with the tenant and the requests made.....but all of the interactions were handled by them and then a recommendation of how to handle was given to me to make the final decision. When the tenants gave notice they were moving out, Jason was on top of the exit and bringing a new tenant in as quickly as possible. I felt he was exceptional when it came to the tenant turnover process.
We had a great relationship with Jason. I recommend him and his team for your Property Management needs.

Tony was able to take care of two maintenance items for us....
troubleshooting a ceiling fan light that wasn't working caulk
around a window to seal it.
We appreciate the professional service from Tony, and we'd be happy to have him back in the future for other maintenance requests.
