Beth helped us sell our home in Longmont.  Even though our home was a distance from Denver, Beth willingly and cheerfully did what was necessary to make sure our sale went off without a hitch.  It was a great pleasure working with Beth throughout the process of selling our home.  She made sure we had all the information needed at the necessary times.  Her professionalism, knowledge and attentiveness were exceptional.  Her humor was appreciated during stressful times!  We would recommend Beth for your real estate needs without hesitation.

About 2004, my husband had died and I was in a house in Parker that I could no longer afford. I listed it with a realtor, but a year went by and the house didn't sell. Big time pressure in my life!! I met Beth Owens, and decided to list the house with her. In a month it had sold, and I was looking for a place to move quickly!  We found one, but it didn't pass the inspection. Beth found me another one, but the owner changed his mind and took it off the market. It was Monday and I had to be moved by Friday!  Beth got it done!!! Approved, inspected, paperwork processed... just a plain miracle, if there is such a thing!  I HIGHLY recommend Beth for her integrity, her tenacity and her expertise! She is a Professional as well as a friend. I would never use any other Realtor!
