Overall, its a beautiful space. I expected a much different experience, however, after seeing so many videos online about Grace Loves Lace. I felt very rushed in my appointment; there were 2 or 3 other brides and their parties trying on gowns at once, so there was a wait for a couple of the dresses I wanted to try, cutting into my appointment time. More than one of the gowns I tried on were almost black on the bottom because they were so dirty, so it was really hard to get the full picture, especially when the gowns were bustled. I went to two other shops after, and not one sample gown I tried on was as dirty as these. The dresses were comfortable and the gal that assisted was nice.

Kaylee was my stylist and she was extremely helpful and very patient. We arrived 15 minutes late and she still made sure we had the full experience. Although they only have about 30-35 styles they carry I was able to find a dress I absolutely loved! I ordered a ready to ship dress, aside from a minor technical issue the dress was ordered and shipped within a few days! The dress came in ahead of schedule and I couldn't be happier with it!

Would highly recommend grace loves lace. These ladies know what they are doing and are so supportive and helpful. I could not be more pleased with my experience here

Taylor is amazing! She was able to understand the styles and fabrics I gravitated toward based on the dresses I had picked to try on. Based on this, she pulled a dress for me to try on that was not on my radar Im so glad she did! It was THE dress for me! With my wedding being around the corner, she was transparent about which dress are available given my timeframe and that she wouldnt put me in a dress for me to try on if it was not going to be available. I really appreciated that extra step. As she said, shes not in the business of breaking hearts. Taylor was also attentive to my guests with me during my appointment, which we all appreciated.

Had an amazing experience here, Allie was amazing to work with. We came in a little later than expected so the beginning to get the measurements was rushed but necessary to gain our time back. My elopement is on a rushed date a well and Allie immediately went through what was realistic and not about the dresses. I hadn't had "my moment" all day trying on dresses until I tried on two that I had my heart set on. From Allie hearing me talk about my wants, needs, seeing my energy and flow, she brought one last dress out. Mind you, one that I hadn't seen yet nor picked for myself. As soon as I put it on I was glowing, it was so impressive how she pulled from all my wants in that moment to really find something that spoke to me and gave me a timeless dress. Impressed is an understatement. I walked away with the dress of my dreams and in the time that I will need with little to no alterations. Allie is a gem and a privilege to work with, give that gal a raise!!
