Quite beyond the expertise of my esthetician, I am totally satisfied with the entire experience. Had I understood that I could control the degree of change, I might have tried using Botox and fillers years ago. I was made comfortable the whole time, with expertly applied ice and local anesthetic, and with very kind and soothing instructions. The results were a wonderful, very soft and natural improvement, that eliminated the deep scowl and furrowed brow that impeded my effectiveness in my work, while leaving me myself and a woman of a certain age. I felt completely listened to and cared for during the whole process.

Paula is absolutely the best in her craft! She is extremely knowledgeable and treats each person individually she takes her time. Paul's is also gentle with her technique. I have gone to so many different places and this is the last place I will ever have to go to because they are so wonderful here with Customer Service and knowledge in this field.

I had breast reduction surgery completed by Dr. Capraro and I cannot adequately express how perfectly everything went. Sandy/katherine were so flexible with scheduling appointments for me. Jojo was incredibly easy to get ahold of and explained pricing, scheduling very clearly. Her correspondence was very clearly laid out and was very useful to refer back to. My nurses in office were Livie and Ina and both were excellent, explaining consent processes, post op check ups and the IV treatments before and after included in the price of surgery. I also got a diamond glow facial during my recovery by Jerry and my skin feels amazing, even had a great discount for facials as a surgical patient! I live out of state and the whole staff accommodated and checked in on me to make sure everything was perfect. Dr. Capraro was thorough, thoughtful and the results are even better than I could have imagined. Recovery was a breeze and I would absolutely recommend anyone considering breast reduction or any other cosmetic surgery!
