I first opted for extra space storage because of the great price. I didn't expect the unit to be great nor the customer service but the unit and Kim's helpful service and wonderful attitude really put extra space over the top of any other storage I've used in the area. Thanks Kim.

Kim was incredibly helpful and empathetic to the fellow rental unit renter. I have zero issues with Kim and her work as a customer service rep.
What I do have a problem with is the fact that Extra Space led my husband and I to believe that we would have a storage unit for $74/month and FAILED to mention that it was simply a promotional rate and that our rate would double after the three month period raising it to $148/month. This is an outdoor unit with minimal security and NO climate control and any amount over what we originally signed up for is completely absurd. Not only that, but they will likely increase the amount again in the coming months, leaving us with no choice but to consider moving all of our stuff out and with a company that upholds the value of its customers and honors and respects the original rates without this bait and switch criminality. I am incredibly disappointed I didnt see this coming and that our original representative (not Kim) did not mention that this rate would change after only three months.

Came in today to get a unit because my sister had one here in the past, I cant believe how clean it is and how comfortable and safe you feel being here! Kim and Shannon helped me today were absolutely amazing and helpful, they made the process so easy! And the exit gate system seems great. Should be very easy to go in and out when I need to pick up or drop stuff off! Overall great experience! Thank ladies!
