After almost an hour trying to establish service, the salesman told me over the phone what my plan was. While at the same time I received an email detailing my plan. What I was told and what the email indicated was greatly different.
I immediately terminated my request for service, and went to the other guys!

Our "Fiber High Speed Internet" Is very slow and works about 50 percent of the time. I read similar reviews and figured it couldn't be that bad. Boy was I wrong. If I were you I'd save yourself the headache go with a different provider as we are likely going to switch soon ourselves.

Took a long time, many wrong department transfer, lack of knocked with products and availability
