Absolutely terrible service. I wanted to reschedule my appointment and was still charged a $29 fee for doing so because I was not able to make it in that day. Iv done it before and never had a problem till I mentioned I wanted to cancel my membership and suddenly i was charged a fee to reschedule. They say they are open at 8am which I called at and had to leave a voicemail because their phones don’t even let you get through till a later time. No one got back to me. Don’t even waist your time or money here there is much better places who don’t over charge and are much nicer then here.

If you’ve never gotten sugar waxed you should try it! My skin responds so much better than hard wax. Movie Med Spa is so clean, all the staff is friendly and polite and they are so helpful and accommodating with explaining packages! I highly recommend!

BEWARE! Most of these reviews are for Moxie or Moxie Med Spa, owned by Ronica Kirwin. The owner of Acomoclitic Hair Removal Studio was able to hijack Ronica's reviews and claim them as her own (she is also trying to use the name Moxy - don't be fooled). Make sure you are scheduling at and going to the right place. Moxie Med Spa, Ronica and her team are the best in the business. As for the owner of Acomoclitic and her team...not sure having to steal someone else's reviews says a lot about how good they are or what your experience might be like.
