I got my taxes done on March 20th. Almost four weeks went by without a refund before I decided to check the state and federal websites regarding my return - both sites said that my return had not been recieved. I called AA tax and they said that sometimes it takes a long time, although they couldn't find my file and had to call me back. Within 24 hours they found my file and submitted it, but never admitted their mistake. Now I will be getting my refund a month later than I expected, in the midst of an economic crisis. Frustrating to say the least, especially since I paid $500 for them to do my taxes. Next year I'll do it myself.
