I see responses to the positive reviews but none to the negative reviews. Huge red flag that they do not care for their customers...

I just went for the consultation and found this place to be very salesy and pushy. I was told that I needed to be out of my contacts for only 3 days and was given a prescription and told to come back in 2.5 days for Lasik. I felt really uneasy about it and ended up cancelling my appointment. Every other Lasik place I researched said that you should be out of your contacts for a minimum of a week.
I went to a different Lasik place and had a completely different experience. They weren't pushy and weren't rushing to get me scheduled. They also informed me that I need to get an eye exam from my eye doctor prior to surgery. Which I found to be alarming that LASIK Vision Institute didn't require this.

I've had an amazing experience so far and the employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. My vision is better than ever and I wish I had done this sooner!

Great procedure. Terrible customer experience. I visited in Dec 2020 to receive an annual exam and understand if I am eligible for a touch up under my lifetime coverage. I was told someone would get back to me in two weeks. Here we are now almost 2 months later, and no one has contacted me. I've called the general service line and each time, a rep tells me they will send the Denver office a note to get back to me. Each time, nothing happens. What do I have to do as a paying customer to get a response? I rarely take the time to write negative reviews, but you guys have really outdone yourself on poor communication, lack of responsiveness and a seemingly broken escalation system.
