I came into the hotel looking for a nice place to stay for the week. Turns out the air condition is non existent and it gets SWELTERING in there. All clothes had to come off to sleep in our very bed. The heaters were on even thought It was damn near 80 degrees most of the week. Ended up opening the fridge to get a snack, turns out theres a have eaten tuna casserole in the fridge. What makes me most mad about that is who the hell eats a casserole. I didnt see any peculiar animals but I did notice a couple of bugs in the room. One particular bug crawled on my back while I was in my sauna sleep and went in my private area. Place also had negative service and has barely any room space. Room I got said 2 bed rooms for me, my wife, and my two daughters, but ended up being ONE bed. We barely fit into that one beg and kept fighting over the sheets. Floors were are and unbearable to sleep in. Nice location, but the staff needs to check them selves before they reck them selves!

We came here after a roommate situation gone horribly wrong and I was quite distraught. Daisy at the front desk was SUPER helpful as well as all the staff during our stay. Breakfast was great, the rooms were clean & the kids enjoyed the pool alot. Was a much nicer way to end our Spring Break and when I left an expensive dress accidentally in the front room, the Office held it for us! Would recommend this place for travelers due to proximity to shops & Cherry Creek Mall, & the Great Price!

On my 2nd night here and in the middle of the night they cut my power. The heaters would not turn on and I was freezing the whole night. I woke up in the morning with my drool frozen to my pillow and ice on my eyebrows.

Plugged in my box into the lamp outlet and it exploded in my face. Destroyed my new box. Not much else needed to be said.
