I had older home with odd size window well. The covers that were available off the shelf would have hung over the edge several inches. For about the same price Mountainland measured and custom made one that looks great. Process took about 2 months but worth the wait.

It did take a few weeks, and a re-measurement, but communication was great and the end result is exactly what we wanted. The cover fits perfectly, looks great, and is extremely well built

I placed my order February 15 and it is now June 11 and I still have not had my covers installed. I was given the estimate of 4-6 weeks for measurement/template and then 3-4 weeks for installation. There has been very poor communication regarding the delay in my covers. An explanation I was given in early May was that the delay was due to system and database issues. I have had to prompt all communication regarding the status of my order which is not what I expected from such a well reviewed company.
Once the covers are installed I am happy to update my review based on the entire experience because I cannot speak to the installation and quality at this time.

I had to have one of my covers and they stood behind their product. They were quick and efficient in getting it replaced. Everyone I talked with was pleasant and professional.
