Came in to get my brakes checked + an oil change. Staff was great, Elijah did the work on my car and everything came out great. Had an appointment for 2:30, left with the oil change new pads and rotors for my front brakes and a brake fluid flush about 2 hours later.

I would have given 5 stars normally. This place used to be awesome. Since moving here three years ago theyve done all my oil changes on both cars. I made an appointment last week to get my oil changed after work today. I am leaving the state soon and driving across the country, so this was an important maintenance thing to take care of. I get there and they let me sit for 30 minutes before acknowledging me, then the supervisor that came to the desk rolled his eyes at me when I told him he I had an appointment. He was rude and basically told me I shouldnt have made an appointment because they cant keep up with the work from the day or staff enough people. He was telling me it would be over two hours past my appointment if they would even be able to do it and expected me to wait there for them. He was unprofessional and rude. Balding man with facial hair. Will not be back. Went to Jiffy Lube on Iliff and was in and out in 30 minutes. Im on my way home now 2 hours before PB said they would even get me in. WITH AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED MORE THAN JUST A COUPLE OF DAYS OUT. Go somewhere else. Youll have better customer service and not have your time wasted.
