Kevin is easy to work with and really responsive in updating us on his progress with fixing the issue. Brooke is a saint! She helped with scheduling and called us frequently for updates. I would definitely reference them for their professionalism and expertise.

In December when my furnace broke down in the middle of the night they came an hour later and replaced whatever I was needing to make sure my family was warm. And ever since I will go through that company for any issues I have. Even got my air ducts cleaned for a great price

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I had put in a request for quote through another website and this company called me the same day. They came out and serviced the furnace and I purchased a service maintenance agreement with them. Three months later, when the furnace started making a bad noise, I tried to make an appointment. Their phone number for service does not work. The phone number of their website rings without picking up, then disconnects with no ability to leave a message. I've sent emails to different addresses with no response. I've filed a complaint with the BBB.

Technician was very professional went through my furnace very well and my Ac he cleaned coils done very good job will use them again!!

It didn't start out so well. I was rescheduled due to an emergency call, from what I would assume was a priority customer, which is completely understandable with this type of business. When the 2nd appt came along a week later, I called in to confirm the appt. we were good to go for late morning. I received a call from a tech stating he would be there by 12 pm. He was a no call, no show. I had to call in to find out what was up & to this moment I still don't know why. This all being said. Kory showed up after a final reschedule, completed the work I wanted done in a timely fashion. Did real good work that I am very happy with. He went out of his way to make up for the earlier issues, going so far as to discount his service significantly. I would use them again, only because they were sincerely apologetic for the issues in the beginning, made up for it by offering discounts for their service & the overall service was great.
