I worked with Matt who installed the new mitigation system and he did an outstanding job. I worked with him on where it needed to be installed and he went the extra mile and sealed any crack than had been created and gave me all of the advice I needed in order to make everything work moving forward. Matt from 5280 Radon Mitigation installed their system for my new home purchase. The company was extremely responsive and professional and Matt took care to walk us how the whole system worked. I would highly recommend them.

Wouldn't recommend honestly. The initial install seemed great until a portion of my basement flooded days after their install. When I called the company assuming they must have broken the Sump pump on install as it was only two years old, the owner claimed there was absolutely no way they did anything wrong and sump pumps can easily fail at 2 years. Quick google search shows an average life span is 10 years. He said he would come and fix it but it would be an additional $550. Upon coming to the house to fix the issue, he found the issue that they messed up a portion of the install, which caused the flooding, after insisting they didn't do anything wrong. No apologies for screwing up, no accountability. Not the kind of customer service you'd expect when someone screws up. If this is his reaction to something simple they messed up, what's the reaction when they cause high amounts of damage to your house?
