Today we had a visit from Academy Arborist to trim trees on 20th hole townhomes, Aurora Co.
My wife and I specifically went out to ask them not to tough a certain limb on our front tree as we have been using this to hang our wren bird box.
The limb is situated so we can see the parents feed and the youngsters leave the nest.
The box has been placed there for 8 years.
Request was to the supervisor and he agreed to leave the limb along.
They did cut the limb.
When confronted they said “Sorry we did not hear you.”

This was a very dangerous tree. I trusted only one person to handle it. Paul and his crew were extremely polite, professional and SAFE! 1,000 thank yous.

I found myself with a drone stuck in a tree (never mind how) and was a bit concerned as to how I was going to get it down, especially as it was going to be dark soon and the weather called for possible snow. The tree was several times higher than I would have ever considered climbing, but Paul shot up like it was nothing. I was impressed by his knowledge, precautionary measures, and ability to retrieve the target without any additional damage (as well as minimal damage to the tree), and I'm thankful he came out right away instead of scheduling for the next day.

Paul is super knowledgeable (loves to geek out on soil conditions, etc) and extremely generous with his time and knowledge.
