Rachel Yan is amazing. She is kind and listens and cares about you getting the results that you are looking for. Not just a dr. telling you what pills you need to take but someone wanting to go on your health journey with you. The Evolve program was lifechanging! I am still learning and adjusting but am feeling way more on top of my cycles and my Adrenal stress.

Precision Empowered Health are so so sooooo incredible. I have seen more than 7 doctors over the last 4 years and have struggled to make any progress in my health. Precision Empowered Health has helped me so much . Not only to take the right action steps and supplements, but to understand mentally and emotionally how to work with my body and my healing and believe that Im healing. Which is so so important because that belief has started to change my body. I have started changing my habits and this feels so holistic as opposed to like a bandaid which is what I got with a lot of other doctors. Thank you so much, you guys are changing my life and I am so excited to continue working with you to heal my stomach and become more and more healthy!

Update: I did the Rejuvenate course with Dr. Rachel including the consultations and I can tell you that I feel much better and the latest lab results show it! I decided then to enroll in the Strengthen course because of my positive experience on the Rejuvenate course, I was not disappointed. So much information was available during the course and was provided to us in the best way that Dr. Rachel can deliver! Live session classess, gut massage techniques and mindfulness to continue the healing after the course completion. I can't wait to see the results of my Gut Test! The gut is a powerful motor in our system and literally without a healthy and functional gut, everything else will fall down. I recommend this course to anyone that wants to learn more about the function of the digestive system and how affects our daily activities, a little bit of history of the food sources available for optimal feeling and to wisely choose our daily food intake.
I started my journey with Dr.Rachel on the Rejuvenate program to learn healthy tools to manage stress, know a little bit more about my adrenals and cortisol levels. Dr.Rachel has put so much energy and love toward the sessions of her programs that you can feel the positive vibes immediately. I feel much better overall and taking everything step by step and more conscious of my actions and lifestyle choices. I was so happy after the one-on-one consultation that I have no doubt that anybody looking forward to book her services will be forever grateful. I am looking forward to my next program with Dr.Rachel!

I just finished taking the Strengthen course with Dr. Rachel. I was blown away with the amount of information the course provided without just feeling like a reading a book or studying for an exam. While the course was amazingly informative, it also was presented in a human way with compassion, understanding and accessibility. I felt I was given the tools and the care I needed to integrate the information and begin putting It into practice in my everyday life.
Unlike a lot of people who take this course, I don’t have any gut “issues” that I know of but what I do know (and dr Rachel affirmed this) is that the gut is the source of so much of your health and well being. With that kind of role to play, I felt that it was my duty to myself to educate myself on how I could have the best gut possible to have the best life possible.
This course was an incredible beginning to that knowledge journey for me. I felt educated, empowered, and aligned to receiving what dr Rachel had to give. I would recommend this course to anyone- we all deserve to have the best possible life and feel good every day.
