      image I drove for 2 hours to view the apartment, but I never received instructions for the self-guided tour. This is disrespectful.

      image Everything is very clean and up kept except for the video call box in the vestibule has not been working for quite a few months. It makes it difficult to have deliveries made when you have to go downstairs and let the person in otherwise I love staying here.

      image Yoanne is an awesome move-in coordinator for Poets Row. He made the move in process super easy and he is easy to communicate with if you have any questions. Also, the maintenance guys Luis and Gerardo are great. They make sure whatever maintenance problem you have is fixed as soon as possible.
