Excellent, friendly staff. The front desk is always helpful. They know me and my dog by name! I love the extras, like the ice cream truck and the doggie gift truck. Fun stuff! Maintenance staff can be a bit busy at times, but they get it done and are also professional and helpful. The concierge is there till late evening and Connor even acts as a doorman when we have our hands full! - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

I usually avoid writing negative reviews on internet.
Itâ€™s 10 PM and water is dripping from ceiling since last 30 minutes. This has happened 4 times in last 3 months.
Maintenance response: we looked at it last time and couldnâ€™t find the root cause. Just gonna call upstairs apartment and ask them to stop whatever they are doing.
Please please avoid these apartments at ANY cause.

This place is absolutely perfect for you if it's what you're looking for. It's a bit older so some fun scents, dents, older finishes, but - it's got amazing views, amazing staff, incredible location, fantastic parking situation, and fantastic neighbors.
