Matthew Ditzenberger American Family is always responsive. The entire staff understands my insurance policy. I have been a client of Matthew since 2007. I sought automobile/home policies. I was in the middle of a significant new purchase remodel. As I was new to the Littleton, area, Matthew provided suggestions for many of my needs. Since that time until now, all at Matthew Ditzenberger American Family have saved me money, time, and headaches. Highly recommended.

Matthew Ditzenberger was (past tense, no more) my insurance agent for many years. I can honestly say he provided no value that I couldn't get from speaking with customer service.
A family member was involved in an accident and we had not received any updates from the assigned adjuster. I asked Matthew about the status of the claim which was a waist of time.
American Family Insurance initially found that the insured person on our policy was at fault and even paid out the claim to the other party. After I disputed the claim the investigator determined this was an error and reversed liability. I am done with Matthew and American Family Insurance, they both let me down.
Follow-up 9/21/22 - I attempted to cancel my auto and homeowners policy through Matthew and he screwed that up also. I suppose if you want something done right you have to do it yourself.
