The employee wearing a green T-shirt and sporting a beard was notably discourteous; an underlying tone of aggression permeated his demeanor, evident in both his conduct and derisive remarks. This manner of handling customers falls well below acceptable standards. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. While I would otherwise consider frequenting this store for purchases, encounters with individuals like him deter me. It is imperative that staff who demonstrate such disregard for customers be addressed by management promptly.

Shopped here around 4 pm on Wednesday. Store was well stocked and organized. Good selection of holiday decorations and home goods. Only one person at the checkout where a line was forming. Kudos to staff member Lisa Ann who was very efficiently ringing up the sales while being very pleasant to each customer. She is a gem!
